studio Policies

Our MSD team strongly believes that structure provides everyone with clarity and a harmonious learning environment. When everyone understands what the rules are, and how to play by them, we are able to do our jobs better as a team. Please review our policies below!

• No refunds for tuition, classes dropped, classes missed, class cards or recital costumes 
• Students may make up their missed class in a different class, if they wish. 
• Please let our office know ahead of time if your student plans on making up a class!​​

• When local schools close due to inclement weather, that does not necessarily mean our studio will close.  
• For cancellations and updates please check our website, social media, or call our office.
• Classes that are cancelled due to inclement weather are NOT rescheduled for a make-up class. Students are allowed to make up their cancelled class in a different class if they wish.​

• Attendance is extremely important for your student's success. When students miss too many classes, they fall behind and start to struggle with the material. This can lead to an array of different issues that not only effect your student but also their classmates and teacher. 
• If your student will be absent, please call our office ahead of time so we can notify our teachers. 
• Students who wish to make up a missed class must attend a level that is of equal or lower technique. 
• Students are not allowed to make up a missed class in a higher level under any circumstances.
